Shannon Kelley is based out of New Orleans, LA. She graduated with a BA in Visual Arts from Loyola University in May of 2009.

Shannon is available as an artist for hire who specializes in face and body painting. She has been painting on canvas since she was a child, and developed an expertise in face and body painting during her high school years. Shannon has extensive experience in make-up and cosmetics. She uses only the highest quality water-based face and body paints because they are best on sensitive skin and wash off easily with soap and water.  Shannon is also available for one of a kind murals for your home, commissioned work, and can often be found selling original art at local art markets.
